This is the worst place you can visit for a pedicure. The girl that did my nails must have been practicing with me for the first time. Horrible place. My daughter gave me a gift card and was not able to use it. I was there for 2 hours and this is what my pedicure looked like after done. Not even the same color I kept telling her was not correct. Essentials is awesome. They have so many services to offer. The staff is friendly and the spa is clean and welcoming. I had a massage with Michelle for headaches and neck pain. She was amazing. She listened to my concerns and also educated me on how to stretch and prevent further pain. She relieved my pain and I left feeling so much better. Highly recommend.
I’ve been going now for a long time. Steph G has been amazing with a lot of trouble areas with my messages. Shes always listening and asking my comfort levels. She has really helped me a lot. She knows something’s wrong before I even tell her. My husband uses Amber and she’s equally as wonderful. The managment as well as Brie in the front desk are always so accommodating for our busy schedules! Love this place. Clean, organized, and friendly staff! Definitely recommend!
I have been to Essentials for services before & everything was fine, but today, I had a five-star experience. Hannah was such a calm & soothing presence. She gave me the best facial I’ve ever had. Michelle was wonderful for a combo deep tissue/relaxation massage, too. So strong, attentive, & patient. Will definitely book with both again 🩷
I cannot recommend this place more. My Mom and one of my besties went for massages today. My friend made some special requests and they met them and then some. Michelle did my massage and she was spectacular. I cannot wait to return. Everyone was so kind and everything was so relaxing
