My experience today at External Affairs was excellent. The environment is lovely with a calming vibe, Jenna and Sarah are so welcoming as soon as you walk in the door. My treatment with Nurse Meagan was professional, I was fully informed and orientated. Meagan has a soft touch and made me feel at ease throughout. I would recommend this clinic and I will be a repeat patient.
I love External Affairs - Kelowna! I am always greeted so warmly by the team and Meagan makes every interaction and appointment so comfortable and enjoyable. I recently treated my mom to a service and she was blown away by her experience with Natasha. Everyone at EA is so lovely and welcoming - I highly recommend you book your next pamper session with them!
I had such a phenomenal experience here. Everything from the consultation to the actual work I got done was truly incredible. Dr. Stephanie Lai was amazing!! It was my first time getting any type of work done, and she made sure I was confident in what I wanted, and she KILLED it! I got a little bit of filler and Botox, and it turned out so natural. Will definitely be back to see her again.
I’ve visited EA a couple of times now and have had a really great experience each time. Dr Ramen is very thorough, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. All the staff are amazing, kind, and welcoming — especially Sarah, who truly goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable and at ease. My favourite pick in Kelowna for skin and aesthetic treatments. Highly recommend.
I have been to a few clinics to address my ageing skin. External affairs is by far the friendliest. Thank you Sarah for the warm welcome. Meagan is extremely knowledgable about all aspects of the procedures offered. She answering my questions fully and there was zero pressure. I have definitely found my clinic!
