The facial experience at Face Haus was very different from any I've had before. You're not in a private room and the music was too loud and not of a relaxing genre. This, of course, could be due to my age (40s) haha. The esthetician did a fabulous job and I appreciated how knowledgable she was. I was very happy with the results. I've followed her recommendations for the specific type of cleanser my skin type needs. I'd go back.
This was my first time here and I don’t know what took me so long to start getting a facial!!! I found this business on D Magazine. It was easy to schedule and I had the opportunity to choose the best Esthetician for me!! I am so glad I chose Erika. If you want someone that will tell you what you need to hear about your facial and provide honest recommendations pls go see her!!! You will not be disappointed. I will definitely be back and you should come too!!
This place had a nice vibe but when I told the woman I use a specific acne cream (one that was included in the questionnaire), she had no idea what it was and didn’t seem to care. I ended up breaking out in hives the next day and had super dry skin for a week! My skin is not normally sensitive or allergic to anything, so I do not know what happened.
I’m giving it three stars because Amanda was very friendly and gave great customer service. I got the reset facial but I guess I was expecting a little more from the actual facial itself. I didn’t notice a difference in how rejuvenated and glow-ey my skin looked after the facial.
I just got my facial treatment done by Alex! A very relaxing experience & definitely attentive comfort level (i.e. blanket & pillow roll beneath legs for lumbar support). I requested the Haus Special, Lip, Laugh, Love & the Hydrojelly Mask. Since they no longer offer the Current Affair, they did me the solid and offered the cupping method to help sculp my face at no charge due to that - so that was super nice!
