I had such a positive experience at Face It Botox Bar. Even though they ultimately didn’t have a service that matched my specific skin condition, they still went above and beyond. This was my first time here, and my first experience with any type of Botox, and it was amazing! The lobby is beautiful and clean, and the front desk staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. They even gave me a little welcome bag for my first time. Hannah did my injections (she recommended dysport) and she was so great! She was so friendly, informative, and made me feel very comfortable. Definitely recommend this business to anyone!
I was impressed with the reviews about FIBB so decided to schedule an appointment for Botox and filler. Anna was amazing! She took the time to discuss all options as well as recommended what she thought I needed. She was kind and gentle and I couldn’t be happier with the services. I can’t wait to see the full effects and will definitely be returning!
My service provider today was fantastic, Anna Galvan at the Fort Myers location off of Brantley was so helpful and I ended up scheduling an appointment for another family member to come in and get a treatment also. We were explained all the procedures and pricing in detail and not pressured at all into any sales. They were knowledgeable and kind so much so that we decided to rebook a membership for continuing service. If you were wondering whether you should make an appointment here this is your sign to go ahead
Went in today to get Botox and ask about a couple of procedures and the staff could now have been more friendly and knowledgeable! They were extremely sweet and took their time when explaining everything and easing my worries about certain things. Kelly and the girl that helped me were especially wonderful! Definitely recommend
