I went in today and did a PNOE test and a consult with Erin, and oh my gosh her approach was so amazing. Her and Kaitlyn were so nice, made me feel so comfortable, and I left feeling heard and taken care of. They went as far as to ask me super detailed questions to find the root of my problems. I now have a full print out + regimen of every thing I can do to improve my health based on the PNOE breathing test I did. So thankful for this place!
Fit9 is amazing. My first encounter was signing up for the 2-week Mega Fit9 Challenge. This class help re-energize my commitment to being a healthier me. I have been working out two days a week with a personal trainer for the past couple of years but I have lacked the motivation to workout outside of personal training and even during my personal training sessions.
