I recently visited Five Elements Spa and had the most incredible experience from start to finish. Nicole, the Director of Wellness, personally welcomed me, gave me a beautiful tour of the facility, and thoughtfully suggested services aligned with my personal wellness goals. The facility is tastefully decorated and spotless. Everyone was very polite and friendly. They have a steam room, sauna, jacuzzi and cold plunge area. It’s pretty small, but it was only us, so it was perfect. The locker rooms were very clean and had toiletries for us to use. We purchased the couples massage and it was one of the best massages I’ve had. They have massage tables that move and adjust for different parts of the massage. It was also heated, so you are warm during the entire massage. Wonderful experience.
I had an incredible massage with Bernadette at Five Elements! From the moment I walked in, everyone was so kind, welcoming, and helpful. Bernadette is truly amazing—she really listened to my needs and delivered an outstanding massage. I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. Had an incredible experience at Five Elements! The facility is absolutely gorgeous and feels more like a luxury resort than a local day spa. Everything is spotless, smells amazing, and the amenities are amazing. I also received one of the best massages I’ve ever had—easily top three of all time. Highly recommend, and I’ll definitely be returning soon!
The spa and massage combo is unreal! Such a great day using the sauna, hot tub, steam room, cold plunge followed up by a massage!
