The staff at endota were lovely – polite, welcoming, and professional. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. The massage room was uncomfortably cold, which made it hard to relax. I had to ask for a heater, and while they did bring one in, it took a while to warm up. During that time, the massage therapist had very cold hands and spent the first 20 minutes warming them on my body. It was hard to enjoy the treatment. Had an incredible experience at Endota Albany. A special shout out to Bianca who provided me with the best service ever. I opted for the organic facial and can confidently say it was the best one I've ever had. The gentle massage was so relaxing, and I left with a bright and rejuvenated face. Highly recommend!
I was gifted a relaxation massage and I added on the scrub - Bianca made my little 'me time' away from the kiddies feel so pampered and lush! She changed the coconut scrub to one that helps relieve the muscles more and it was much appreciated. The massage itself was done with the right amount of firmness and time spent on the focus/target area was perfect. Can't fault my first experience with endota Albany and with Bianca. I left feeling very much relaxed :) thanks again!
This is the second time I have had a spa treatment with Rain at Endota Albany. She is an amazing skilled therapist and gives the most heavenly massage and facials. From the moment you walk in right to the end the treatment was just pure bliss. I can not recommend her highly enough. If you want to treat yourself to some luxurious pampering then book in with Rain, you won’t be disappointed! 💗
We had a couples massage voucher to use and chose Albany as it was nearby our place but also seemed like it would be the cosiest one to go to. We really enjoyed the experience, there were clear instructions given and we both just wanted to have a big sleep afterwards! I requested the room to be warm as we feel the cold easily and it was perfect for the entire time! Highly recommend.
