Went to get my nails done, $100 voucher I had to use. Everything was fine until the Polish was put and a few minutes later I was told it was dry and I could leave. By the time I left the place, most of the nail Polish on my nails had smudged. I was told it's fast dry after it was sprayed on with something.
Pretty disappointed with my eyebrow experience. The staff were welcoming and the facilities are nice however, that's about where the positive experience ends. I got an eyebrow shape and when I got into the room there was no discussion regarding what kind of shape I wanted and the spa therapist did absolutely no marking up of my eyebrow shape before she went in with the wax. I finally visited this spa yesterday and I am so happy that I did. I love how they pay attention to little details from the minute you walked into the spa. The place is warm, lovely and the facial therapist greets you with such a friendliness. The facial, the massage on the face, neck and shoulder and the foot... oh wow.. amazing. Zahra was amazing and offered exceptional service from start to finish. She was very attentive to my needs and a very skilled deep tissue massager. I can’t wait to book with her again, and would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a relaxing session.
Had a wonderful experience! I had a special facial and massage which was the best I had ever had! 💜 It was better than I expected💕 I am looking forward to going again.
