I booked in for a pamper or so I thought.... When I arrived there was no one on reception but there was a well-worded note explaining the reasons for this so I took a seat. 2 therapists and the receptionist both came out while I was sitting in reception with no acknowledgement made before my therapist arrived to get me, late. Please don't come here. My beautician Casey was absolutely horrible. I had a Brazilian wax done, she put the hot wax straight onto my hairs without even trimming first, resulting in her having to cut the wax off from the top after failing to try rip it off painfully. I was in tears, only to be asked "Am I sure I've had this done before" by he and then told me she could stop and not charge me right there and then. I go to Endota regularly for eyebrows and always leave happy. I also added a deluxe manicure last time and it wasn’t great but I gave them some feedback and was credited another treatment. This time this manicure was amazing. Highly recommend.

I had the most amazing Autumn spa package. The massage and facial were the absolute best, not to me tion the foot treatment. Will definitely be going back. I highly recommend the Autumn spa package.
