They’re all great here in Kamloops, but having had Catherine ‘speed wax’ me and all my parts today was great. I love the warm, friendly atmosphere, Steph’s professional management, and everyone in here. They look out for me and my allergies and I’m hooked!

Can I give more then 5 stars? cause you ladies deserve it! Amazing customer service, super friendly and informative. They instantly made me feel comfortable and were super flexible with my availability. The sweet support during it too was the icing on the cake that sold me. All day I have been replaying the phrase in my head, "yes queen, you killed it." I think we all could use more uplifting encouragement and support like that. Was lovely to meet you both today! 💛

I got a last minute appointment to be a model for a lash lift and tint training last week. Stephanie was very informative, knowledgeable and patient while guiding the new trainee. The trainee was also very patient and made sure that I was comfortable during the whole process. I liked how they asked me what kind of curl/lift that I was looking for and what colour tint that I would like. I would definitely recommend this place!! just had my first waxing experience other than eyebrows and I must day it was not nearly as bad as I was anticipating. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. They put my mind at ease and made me feel very comfortable. I will definetly be back again for more waxing in the near future.
