I've been there a few times, and it has been a fantastic experience every time. I actually look forward to these appointments because everyone is so nice, friendly, and puts you at ease so well. Kelsey is a gem, but so have been the receptionists and other technicians I've interacted with in passing. Great service, great attitudes. I was looking for waxing bar with such an amazing staff and service for ages. The enviroment is nice and clean. Receptionist is great. I go for Kelsey. She is proffesional and we always have a good laugh 🤭 She is the number one for me. But hey, we all have our favourits 😊 I love theirs membership as well.
