Freeze and Float is my go-to place for relaxation and self-care. Gabby’s facials are incredible—she’s gentle, knowledgeable, and leaves my skin glowing every time. Lana’s massages are equally amazing; she has the perfect touch to release tension and make you feel completely renewed. The space is clean, peaceful, and welcoming, and the staff truly care about their clients. Highly recommend to anyone looking to treat themselves!
First time here and will definitely be back Jane was wonderful i absolutely loved the ambiance and experience I also tried float therapy for the first time and was beyond amazed
I go in for IV treatments and it’s very efficient and reasonable for pricing. The treatments have changed how I feel and even notice more focus and glowing skin! I also think the ambiance in the spa portion is inviting and relaxing.
Recently went for my third lymphatic massage and red light. This place is a piece of Heaven. The place is very clean, everyone is friendly, and you leave feeling like a new person. I sleep so well after this massage too. It is a great way to rejuvenate the body and mind. It feels like a true treat to take myself here and I can’t wait to go back again soon.
I feel like I’ve been coming here for two years now for sure, but maybe more? Can’t believe I haven’t tried more than I have but I should! Lana is my favorite person. She is so incredibly kind and amaaaazing at her job. Seriously, she’s got magic hands. After my first time here I had to bring my mom to her and gift several people a massage with her as well.
