Freeze and Float is my go-to place for relaxation and self-care. Gabby’s facials are incredible—she’s gentle, knowledgeable, and leaves my skin glowing every time. Lana’s massages are equally amazing; she has the perfect touch to release tension and make you feel completely renewed. The space is clean, peaceful, and welcoming, and the staff truly care about their clients. Highly recommend to anyone looking to treat themselves!
I go in for IV treatments and it’s very efficient and reasonable for pricing. The treatments have changed how I feel and even notice more focus and glowing skin! I also think the ambiance in the spa portion is inviting and relaxing.
First time here and will definitely be back Jane was wonderful i absolutely loved the ambiance and experience I also tried float therapy for the first time and was beyond amazed
I can only speak to the float services, but I had a great experience. Courtney (sp?) was so personable and kind, they knew I've been floating for over a decade so didn't need to review all the details but was helpful nonetheless. The float cabin was massive which I love. Spa was clean, only thing I will share is bring your own comb/brush along as they don't have sterile hair tools. I will be back for certain!
Recently went for my third lymphatic massage and red light. This place is a piece of Heaven. The place is very clean, everyone is friendly, and you leave feeling like a new person. I sleep so well after this massage too. It is a great way to rejuvenate the body and mind. It feels like a true treat to take myself here and I can’t wait to go back again soon.
