I had an amazing experience at Freeze and Float! I booked a lymphatic massage with Lana, and she was fantastic — very professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. The massage itself was incredibly effective and relaxing. The space is spotless, calm, and truly designed for relaxation. I left feeling refreshed and well cared for. Highly recommend Lana and the team at Freeze and Float — I’ll definitely be back!

Freeze and Float is my go-to place for relaxation and self-care. Gabby’s facials are incredible—she’s gentle, knowledgeable, and leaves my skin glowing every time. Lana’s massages are equally amazing; she has the perfect touch to release tension and make you feel completely renewed. The space is clean, peaceful, and welcoming, and the staff truly care about their clients. Highly recommend to anyone looking to treat themselves!

I visited Freeze and Float for a lymphatic drainage massage, and some red light therapy sauna time. Anastasia greeted me and guided me through my day, and Tay, my therapist, gave me an awesome massage. The atmosphere is calming and they have some nice amenities including teas.

I have had many services at F&F and I have thoroughly enjoyed them all. The lymphatic massage is excellent and I never thought I would enjoy float therapy as much as I do! I have gone twice and it is an incredibly relaxing and sensory (meditative) experience.
