I can only speak to the float services, but I had a great experience. Courtney (sp?) was so personable and kind, they knew I've been floating for over a decade so didn't need to review all the details but was helpful nonetheless. The float cabin was massive which I love. Spa was clean, only thing I will share is bring your own comb/brush along as they don't have sterile hair tools. I will be back for certain!
I feel like I’ve been coming here for two years now for sure, but maybe more? Can’t believe I haven’t tried more than I have but I should! Lana is my favorite person. I was a first time floater and had trouble relaxing but I wanna try it again! The staff were very sweet, helpful, and professional! My Swedish massage was amazing! Lana is fantastic….very talented. I left feeling like I was 10 years younger and 25 lbs lighter. I was so relaxed I “floated” out of there!
Tried a float tank for the first time and it was a surprisingly calming experience. The weightlessness took a few minutes to get used to, but once I settled in, it felt like my mind finally had space to breathe. I left feeling relaxed, mentally reset, and more present than I’ve been in weeks. Definitely worth trying if you’re looking for deep rest or a new way to unwind.
The sauna/cold plunge experience for 2 was absolutely invigorating; loved the physical benefits but also felt mentally refreshed and pretty empowered after 3 rounds in 45 degree water. Followed this with a lymphatic massage and Lilly was an absolute master. It wasn't always comfortable but what an incredible way to physically detox - definitely making this part of my regular wellness routine.
