I've been going to Freelab for cryo since the January 2021 and I can easily say that it's been nothing short of miraculous for me. It claims to have a bunch of benefits but in my personal case, what really worked for me was how stronger my immunity system has gotten. Super nice friendly people. We got everything well explained and were lead through the cryo session professionally which made us feel comfortable. Slight confusion with the booking system was managed very well.

Update: they had the audacity to reopen, without any apology or explanation as to why they closed and didn't refund customers. I visited Freezlab for two months. Some of the staff were really friendly, though a few could’ve been more welcoming. Overall, I felt the price was fair. However, they suddenly closed for "maintenance" without notifying customers or offering any refunds. Now their website says they'll reopen soon, but still no explanation or apology. This isn’t the way to run a business, and I won’t be going back.
