I initially went because I had bad knee pains, and I started doing cryo and red light! I enjoyed it so much that I kept going, even after my pain stopped. I highly recommend this place for recovery, and the employees are also super nice! 10/10 experience
Urban Sports is Not working. Always error messages. Even Worse: employee is Not Willing to prepare a shake „because it takes top mich time“
I love Freezlab. Why? For several reasons. It boost my immune system but maybe the most prominent reason: it just helps you to feel good.

I've been going to Freelab for cryo since the January 2021 and I can easily say that it's been nothing short of miraculous for me. It claims to have a bunch of benefits but in my personal case, what really worked for me was how stronger my immunity system has gotten. In the past, I used to catch cold quickly, used to get sick often. Since I've been going to Freezlab for the last 4-5 years, I hardly ever get sick. It's as if my immunity system has been reset.
