I had the most amazing time at Forena Spa. I’ve been to the Blue Lagoon in Iceland, and honestly this experience was just as wonderful. From the moment we arrived, everything felt peaceful, clean, and incredibly well organized. The facility itself is spacious and beautifully maintained, making it so easy to relax and fully enjoy the experience. A lovely Sunday evening visit. Lots of outdoor pools , great steam room, sauna and showers with salt scrub. Love that you can talk quietly compared with others where they check for silence , had covered storage for gowns although nothing stops the freeze when they get wet when it’s in to the heavy minus degrees. Also enjoyed the arctic Char in the restaurant . Visiting from the UK and finding this on the outskirts of Montréal was a welcome diversion .

My experience was shocking. I went on December 28th 2025 around 5:30pm for the thermal experience only, with my cousin, expecting a nice relaxing evening, but instead I had the most unsettling time ever. I've been to other spas in Montreal, where from the time I walked in, l felt like I was actually in a spa and the mood was set for you to relax, but here it was not possible. Group of 4, went on a Wednesday. We all had the thermal experience, massages, and dined at the restaurant. The desk staff was very welcoming. The lady at the towels counter was a sweetheart and very helpful. My therapeutic massage with Justine was excellent. My meal was beautiful and delicious! I was very impressed. The grounds were very clean, except I found a long, sharp screw on the floor of the locker room, which was quite dangerous. I had a solid experience at this spa. Very friendly people, lovely restaurant with healthy dishes (portions may be bigger but acceptable) and cocktails. Enough variety in the saunas and you can stay as long as you want. It's not the biggest surface so I suggest to go during the week if you can, or pick a weekend when the weather is not so nice.
