6 stars out of 5! I was a client of Chloe’s for over a year, and she’s honestly the best colorist I’ve ever had. Super professional, talented, and just lovely to be around. Every visit to the salon felt like a little escape — the whole team was always so friendly and welcoming. They’d offer me the most amazing Aveda herbal tea when I arrived, and while my color was processing, I’d get a relaxing hand massage with Aveda products. Such a nice touch! After going here for years I realised I've never written a review, all the girls here are always sooo accommodating to what I like and give me great suggestions if I'm unsure of what I want, very sweet and lovely to have a chat with or respect if you'd rather have a quieter more relaxed appointment. I've had my hair coloured and cut by a few different stylists and I always leave so happy! Professional knowledgeable staff, quiet and relaxing. Very happy with my hair highlights and styling. Cagney is amazing. I was even offered a hand massage and a head massage while waiting. It's my third visit now and already looking forward to my next time.

Lovely hairdressers! While I waited for my slot, they gave me a cup of tea, and before having my hair washed and cut, they gave me an oil head and shoulder massage! I was continually asked if it hurt when they brushed my hair, which was sweet, even though it didn’t hurt at all. My hair was cut very well, and although it was pretty expensive, it was very worth it. I will definitely be back!

I’m really disappointed with the haircut I received. I asked for a trim, but my hair was cut much shorter than I wanted and it isn’t symmetrical. Unfortunately the cut felt very choppy and uneven. I think she still needs more training and guidance from a professional before taking on clients alone. Won’t be going to this salon again. And I wouldn’t recommend.
