I’ve been going to Fuzz on Queen West for years now. All of the staff & manager Olivia are so helpful, professional and friendly. The space is clean and modern. Celma is my waxing QUEEN - she is so wonderful and talented. Efficient but precise, she makes the experience so comfortable with her friendly disposition, making conversation, and reminding you to breathe at just the right time. I don’t dread waxing appointments because she is the absolute best. 10/10
I’ve been to other fuzz locations, but this one stands out as the best. Although it might not have the allure of being nestled in a new condo or located on a polished city corner, it’s the staff that truly sets this location apart. The exceptional skill and service I’ve received during each visit is a rarity. Although I live super close to the Fuzz wax bar on church and carlton, i commute to queen location anyways for my services. Why? Because Celma. She does the cleanest job, is the fastest and friendliest technician I've ever been to. Simply the best, highly recommend! 20/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I had a wax this week with Sophia. I hadn't had her before and she was fantastic! She was a wonderful personality and such positive energy. She listened to what I want and delivered (which, sadly, isn't always the case in my experience). She was a total pro but also fast and efficient, which I very much appreciated her! I will definitely see Sophia again and I recommend her to anyone.
Jessica did an excellent brow threading for me! I will definitely come see her again.
