I’ve been to other fuzz locations, but this one stands out as the best. Although it might not have the allure of being nestled in a new condo or located on a polished city corner, it’s the staff that truly sets this location apart. Although I live super close to the Fuzz wax bar on church and carlton, i commute to queen location anyways for my services. Why? Because Celma. She does the cleanest job, is the fastest and friendliest technician I've ever been to. Simply the best, highly recommend! 20/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I’ve been a regular at Fuzz Bar (Queen location), but my recent experience was disappointing. I had an appointment around 10am which I rescheduled but got a cancellation charge on my card. The staff haven’t informed anything related to cancellation fee when I rescheduled my appointment the guy even hang up on me. The customer service is horrible. I had a wax this week with Sophia. I hadn't had her before and she was fantastic! She was a wonderful personality and such positive energy. She listened to what I want and delivered (which, sadly, isn't always the case in my experience). She was a total pro but also fast and efficient, which I very much appreciated her! I will definitely see Sophia again and I recommend her to anyone.
I live beside Fuzz on Church and I commute all the way here for Vivian!! She is so amazing and talented at what she does - least painful brazilian wax I've ever had. She is the best!!!
