I’ve been going to Fuzz on Queen West for years now. All of the staff & manager Olivia are so helpful, professional and friendly. The space is clean and modern. Celma is my waxing QUEEN - she is so wonderful and talented. Efficient but precise, she makes the experience so comfortable with her friendly disposition, making conversation, and reminding you to breathe at just the right time. I don’t dread waxing appointments because she is the absolute best. 10/10

I’ve been to other fuzz locations, but this one stands out as the best. Although it might not have the allure of being nestled in a new condo or located on a polished city corner, it’s the staff that truly sets this location apart. The exceptional skill and service I’ve received during each visit is a rarity. The quality of care I’ve experienced here is what will keep me returning, and I highly encourage anyone who hasn’t yet to look beyond the exterior. The aestheticians are great, but the front desk is honestly a mess. For a place that charges $30 just to get your eyebrows done, you’d expect a certain level of professionalism and clear communication — but that’s consistently missing. I’ve had three separate issues, all due to miscommunication or lack of follow-up from the front desk. I’ve even contacted the manager, Olivia, but nothing’s changed. The front desk staff need serious training — they’re the weak link ruining an otherwise great service.

I’ve been a Fuzz Fanatic over 4 years now and I’ve been going to Irena who has years of experience. I love her service so much that I changed locations when she was transferred to Queen West location. She’s fast, thorough and leaves you the smoothest ever!

I’ve been seeing Irena D for waxing for the past 1.5 years, and I couldn’t be happier! She consistently provides excellent service, is professional, detail-oriented, and always makes me feel comfortable. Highly recommend!
