I've known Fuzz since it opened in Montreal Le plateau(+/- 10years ago). I was already a client there. I recently moved near the Fuzz Wax Bar - 663 Queen W - and took the opportunity to immediately become a customer again. I find the subscription system just perfect. The app is also super useful. Vivian is absolutely the best! She’s so quick and efficient with waxing, making the whole process seamless. I've been going to her for over a year now. She creates such a comfortable and welcoming environment that puts you completely at ease. I recommend her to everyone I know because she’s not only skilled at her job but also incredibly kind. You always leave feeling confident and like your best self after an appointment with her!

Senait is hands down the best person I've ever gone to for waxing! She's fast and efficient with all services I've gotten from her, and honestly there's no one else I trust with my eyebrows!! She literally brought my brows back from the dead lol. Fuzz in general is affordable if you're a member, and I like that you can just book online.

Irena is hands down the best waxing person i have ever gone to. She's fast, clean and also very nice. She makes the experience basically pain free and I really think she's great at her job! Zero complaints ever and always a good experience.

The aestheticians are great, but the front desk is honestly a mess. For a place that charges $30 just to get your eyebrows done, you’d expect a certain level of professionalism and clear communication — but that’s consistently missing. I’ve had three separate issues, all due to miscommunication or lack of follow-up from the front desk. I’ve even contacted the manager, Olivia, but nothing’s changed. The front desk staff need serious training — they’re the weak link ruining an otherwise great service.
