I have always loved this location! However, today I arrived a few minutes past the grace period due to an accident on the highway after sitting in traffic for 40 minutes. They insisted they didn’t have enough time to complete the appointment, which is fine, but I have never had a spray tan take the full 20 minutes. They then proceeded to charge me with a missed appointment fee for something that was totally out of my control. Courtney was so sweet & patient with me as this was my first spray tan! She answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked through the door. GoGlow came highly recommended to me, and I will definitely be recommending them to my friends!
This was my first time going to goGlow preparing for my vacation and I had a great experience! Bri was very friendly and knowledgeable. She made me feel very comfortable and was not pushy at all when it came to adding anything on! I am so excited for my results and I will definitely be back!
I can’t say enough great things about goGLOW Maple Grove! Bri was my tech and she did such a great job! She made me feel super comfortable and confident! I did a trial for my wedding one month ago and had my last session before the big day, today! I will definitely be returning! :)
