I have recently completed my procedure with gro and the service has been none other then exceptional. My initial consultation was with Ben however by the time my procedure took place Sula who recently has joined the team ensured I was well looked after. There were some minor hiccups in my schedule however Sula went above and beyond to accomodate for my timelines which I really appreciated. I had hair transplant with Dr Kai and the team back in August last year. I’m now just over 6 months post procedure and the results have been unbelievable, I’ve gone from being very unhappy with a rapidly balding head to having a full head of thick hair. We engaged the team from Melbourne to perform a surgical procedure in Auckland. While the procedure itself was carried out without major issues, we were not entirely satisfied with the results, as the outcome differed from what we had originally requested. The surgeon strongly advised an alternative approach, which we followed, but in hindsight, it did not meet our expectations.
