My experience from the very beginning to the end result with Gro clinic has simply been perfect. Ben was very helpful and thorough, Surgeon was fastidious with cleanliness and exacting results(IE placing of hair) Nurses and support staff were also amazing and very caring. Cannot fault end result, I feel younger and more energized. Really a great Company and have no regrets, I now have good head of hair :)
I’m 1 year post op and super happy with the results. From the initial consult with Ben, to the operation day with Kai, and even till now, the team have all been fantastic. I’ve just been in for my 12month check in with Ben and it was great to look back at old photos of my hairline which has improved drastically. I have recently completed my procedure with gro and the service has been none other then exceptional. My initial consultation was with Ben however by the time my procedure took place Sula who recently has joined the team ensured I was well looked after. There were some minor hiccups in my schedule however Sula went above and beyond to accomodate for my timelines which I really appreciated. I had hair transplant with Dr Kai and the team back in August last year. I’m now just over 6 months post procedure and the results have been unbelievable, I’ve gone from being very unhappy with a rapidly balding head to having a full head of thick hair. We engaged the team from Melbourne to perform a surgical procedure in Auckland. While the procedure itself was carried out without major issues, we were not entirely satisfied with the results, as the outcome differed from what we had originally requested. The surgeon strongly advised an alternative approach, which we followed, but in hindsight, it did not meet our expectations.
