Can not fault a single thing about my experience at Gro clinics Brisbane. I was quite unsure on what to expect from the whole experience but Simon put me at ease straight away being very supportive and understanding, I felt like he genuinely cared and wanted to see the best for me. Dr Anwaralebedi and his nursing team are very professional and comporting making the day procedure much better then I anticipated.
Service at Gro Clinics is fantastic. From the first consultation with Simon through to the procedure with Dr Anwar you are treated in a first class manner. Simon gave me a full run down of all that was involved and Dr Anwar's approach to achieving the best result was excellent. All I've got to do now is wait for my hair to grow back as they've done everything else for me. My sincere thanks to the whole Brisbane Gro team.

My experience with GRO was professional & very relaxed. My initial consultation was with Simon. He made me feel at ease throughout the whole experience. Simon went above and beyond to help with everything possible. He made himself available for any queries I had about the transplant process. A great start, a bad finish. I had a sensational experience at the Gro Brisbane clinic. The staff were friendly, fun, and went the extra mile, even after a 16-hour procedure.
