Incredibly disappointing. My poor partner Joel spent $18,000 on this treatment, and was promised to get his paid anti hair loss medication for a year. It has been over 3 months and we are yet to see any. Each time he calls he speaks to someone, they say he needs to speak to the doctor and that the doctor will contact him. I recently had a hair transplant at Melbourne Gro Clinic and I must say, Doctor David and Consultant AP truly exceeded my expectations! Doctor David's expertise and professionalism were outstanding, and Consultant AP provided excellent guidance throughout the entire process. Their support, along with the care from the wonderful nurses Tamara, Noah, and Amy, made the experience smooth and comfortable. I highly recommend this team for anyone considering a hair transplant. Products are very good but very expensive. Staff are friendly but nearly never return calls. You will end up being sent in circles. The medications can be sourced through a GP and changed at a compounding pharmacy much cheaper. I notice there are a lot of 5 star reviews from profiles that have 1 or 2 reviews. Possibly fake reviews?
I had an excellent experience at Gro Clinics. The nurses and doctors were incredible—personable, humorous, and truly helped reduce my stress levels, making the day much more enjoyable than I expected. Their warmth and professionalism stood out, and they made me feel completely at ease throughout the process. Even the lunch (the cotoletta was amazing!) added to the overall positive experience. I couldn’t recommend them more!
To anyone thinking of getting a hair transplant, go straight to Gro Docklands and see A.P. It has been 9 months now since I have had the procedure done and I could not be happier with the results. Dr Diana did an amazing job and the after care by A.P was awesome! Thanks again to everyone at Gro Docklands.
