I recently had a hair transplant with Gro Clinics at their Melbourne location. From start to finish, the entire experience was exceptional. Minh and her team (Chantelle, Gabi, Paige, Tamara & Kelly) were incredibly welcoming and genuinely made the whole experience so special, stress-free and memorable. Incredibly disappointing. My poor partner Joel spent $18,000 on this treatment, and was promised to get his paid anti hair loss medication for a year. It has been over 3 months and we are yet to see any. Each time he calls he speaks to someone, they say he needs to speak to the doctor and that the doctor will contact him. This never eventuates to anything. What does this mean? His hair is going to continue to decline because Gro clinics can not get their act together. I recently had a hair transplant at Melbourne Gro Clinic and I must say, Doctor David and Consultant AP truly exceeded my expectations! Doctor David's expertise and professionalism were outstanding, and Consultant AP provided excellent guidance throughout the entire process. Their support, along with the care from the wonderful nurses Tamara, Noah, and Amy, made the experience smooth and comfortable. I highly recommend this team for anyone considering a hair transplant. Products are very good but very expensive. Staff are friendly but nearly never return calls. You will end up being sent in circles. The medications can be sourced through a GP and changed at a compounding pharmacy much cheaper. I notice there are a lot of 5 star reviews from profiles that have 1 or 2 reviews. Possibly fake reviews?
