I had an excellent experience at Gro Clinics. The nurses and doctors were incredible—personable, humorous, and truly helped reduce my stress levels, making the day much more enjoyable than I expected. Their warmth and professionalism stood out, and they made me feel completely at ease throughout the process. Even the lunch (the cotoletta was amazing!) added to the overall positive experience. Could not recommend the team gro clinic Melbourne highly enough! Being from interstate I wasn't sure how I would go but from the initial enquiry to several zoom calls , emails and phone calls of questions nothing was a problem. The best decision I’ve ever made. Spoke to a consultant over the phone one day. Booked an in clinic consult for the following week where I met A.P he made everything a breeze and very welcoming. Shared many laughs in there and felt like I had known him half my life when I left that day. I was then booked in for the procedure a fortnight later where I met all my nurses and staff who would be looking after me for the day while I had the surgery done.
