I had a great experience with Gro Clinics Sydney. The team was great all round. Russell was a great consultant and very easy to deal with and gave me all the information I needed to make the decision. Dr Adam is very knowledgeable and did a great job with the procedure. Gro - Sydney Hard to put into words how amazing my procedure went today. Dr Anwar, cannot thank you enough, you are incredible. The nurses, wow, so professional and so welcoming, we even had a few laughs which made it so much easier getting through a long day. Even the lunch provided was fantastic. Felt surprising good after the procedure was finished, much better than I expected. Finally, Russell, thank you for helping me make a life changing decision.
I had an initial consultation with Kevin and then another with Russell and both were very pleasant and informative which gave me the confidence to proceed with the procedure. Dr Adam Cho did my procedure and the whole experience from beginning to end was impeccable. Dr Adam made numerous follow up calls to see how I was travelling along. Absolutely great and comfortable experience. Was welcomed by Dr Anwar, ran through the whole day in such detail. He was so professional and made me feel very relaxed and at ease. The team, Emma, Courtney and Vivian were so friendly and made me feel comfortable through the whole 10-11 hours process.
