Customer Service is superb. Initially had my consultation with Russell, who was extremely friendly and down to earth. Post consultation Russell was always just an email or phone call away regarding any queries leading up to my procedure. Procedure day was much more of the same, Dr Anwar and his team of nurses were very welcoming and considerate to my needs at every turn.
