I have been taking treatments at the hair clinic for the past five months, and I would like to say that the staff has been very friendly from the beginning. I especially want to mention Miss Rebecca, who was extremely kind and handled all my treatments with great care. I was able to see visible results in my hair fall journey, which I am very happy about. I highly recommend their services. It is great customer experience with friendly staffs. I went through 4 times of PGF treatment which have great improvement on my hair volume. After I completed first package I did sign up for the second package. All the staffs are kind and caring to make sure I am comfortable during my treatment sessions. I would recommend to my fiends who need the treatment.
I had an amazing experience at Hair & Skin Science Ashwood. I completed six PRP sessions and noticed great improvements in my hair. The staff are professional, friendly, and provide excellent customer service. They explained everything clearly and made the whole process comfortable. September 2025 The team at Ashwood is wonderful. They are friendly and accommodating and the clinic itself is clean and modern. Rebecca has been great at listening to my hair concerns and mapping out a plan for me. I am still in the midst of my hair growth journey but I am seeing improvements. December update: Just saw the lovely and ever helpful Rebecca again, the clinic has a new AI machine to check the health of my hair. I had a hair transplant there. 3700 follicles, took a full day. Photos are 6 months after the procedure. Looks even better now 11 months later. Very happy with the outcome. Pr Ballantyne did exceptional work. Can’t tell any hairs were taken from the donor area. I then did PRP for the following 6 months. Nurse was really good, I hate needles and I barely felt a thing during all sessions. Staff has been very friendly and accomodating. Highly recommended.
