The lady I had was very nice and she shared with me that she was new, so I was trying to give her the benefit of the doubt but it just really was a frustrating haircut. I did a simple haircut with a guard size on the sides and scissor on top and in the end nothing was even and looked all over the place. I have razor burn all over my neck and by my ears from the aggressive jabs with the razor when trying to line it up, and it created a lot of unevenness. Just left without service, stylist was late and preoccupied with personal business, she's not cuting my hair with her mind elsewhere. The manager just left saying they'd be back shortly so I couldn't switch to them. I had an appointment and was early. Left without a cut and never returning. Also, stop saying that shampoos come with the cut, those stylists don't wash hair unless pushed. Huge waste of time today.

Jules once again knocked my expectations out of the park.
