My overall experience was fair. The stylist did not seem interested in creating a relationship so that I could become her customer. She did not even tell me her name. She cut and styled my hair and that was it. I would have liked to return but her customer service was subpar.
I had an amazing experience with Jules today for my cut and color! He was so friendly, knowledgeable, and walked me through every step of the process. My hair looks and feels absolutely fantastic. What impressed me even more was how he managed to take such great care of me while also training and keeping the salon running smoothly at the same time. Truly a professional! I give him 10 stars — because of him, I’ll definitely be back.
I had JD she tried her best I guess.... she needs to learn how to use clippers and cut African American hair... it's so uneven and patchy I'm upset only because my gut said NO when I seen her, but then this black woman that I was talking to who worked there I explained to her what I wanted and does this person cut my hair. I really enjoyed my visit there today. I went in for a quick hair cut on my lunch break. Got my hair washed and she like massaged my head and neck too! Felt great! My hair looks and smells wonderful. So glad I came here! I really appreciate the stylist who cut my hair. It’s scary trying somewhere new but she did exactly what I wanted.
I had such a a great experience with Beth today! She was so professional, polite, and her style and look made me realize I could trust her to give me a style instead of just a cut. I've been in a rut lately and she completely turned everything around for me with my new hairdo! She made me realize I can actually have a great experience getting a haircut at a place where I don't have to spend hundreds of dollars. She deserves all the praise you can give her!
