I reserved an appointment for 2 people with 2 specific Salon professionals KB and Chinaka. When I reached the manager said both were not available and are too busy. Why didn't they call and notify me so I wouldn't waste my time driving up there? They made someone else cut my daughter's hair and he did such a bad job, it looks horrible!
