It feels like I’ve been having Anna cut my hair forever and I’ve never been disappointed. She’s excellent at what she does and a great personality! Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Anna always gets it right and lets you know what products she used. Highly recommend!
I scheduled an appointment for my mom. She is on a wheelchair and cannot transfer which I explained when making the appointment. The stylist seemed unaware and annoyed even though I helped and the wheelchair can recline. She criticized the use of dry shampoo. My mother is in hospice and most days can not stay awake long enough to go through the process. While wheeling my mom out another hair stylist backed up as we went by. Told the stylist I wanted the highest guard they had on the sides and to keep it long on the top. She proceeded to give me a skin fade. Forced me to get a shampoo before she would continue, so she could charge me for that. Then at the end, I realized she was cutting my hair for a slick back. No pictures I ever showed her were of that. The worst haircut I I have ever gotten and three times the price of a regular barber.
The stylist did a great job with the haircut. But, she was really negative. While washing my hair she told me any shampoo from CVS is bad and I should purchase the salon products. She didn't even ask my what my hair concerns are and talked about dry hair (I have very oily hair, I'm not usually concerned with my hair drying out except at the ends). When a client asked you to cut a certain amount of hair off, don’t take it upon yourself to cut more than what your client says. I don’t care if you think her hair is not healthy on the ends or not it is not your decision. And please do not repeat it eight times later and then you still cut 2” instead of 1” I don’t understand you young people you just take it upon yourself And do whatever you want!
