I came in for a curled hair style for a formal dinner that night. My stylist told me multiple times through the service that my hair was very thin and asked if I'd like to buy their hair regrowth treatment. I told her no very clearly and explain that I already had a hair treatment I was taking at home. I left crying, my son’s hair turned out nothing like I thought it would. I hate writing a one star review but it’s more of a review to warn others. I showed an inspo picture and left with a half bald son. (Pictures show inspo, before and after) I was very honest during the haircut and voiced my concerns, she tried to blow dry it to make it look better. It still wasn’t what I expected. Rose was friendly and professional, the salon was clean and bright. Rose really took her time to help me decide on a haircut. Fantastic haircut and blowout!
Wife has gotten her hair cut at the Cuttery several times and was happy. She is not one to complain but I can't accept spending $250 for a haircut that looks like it was the first attempt done by a teenager. Wife explained that she had always been dyed a blond. She ended up with a color that looks like dirty light brown on a ragged cut job.
I’ve seen 3 different stylists at Hair Cuttery as I schedule last minute/walk in. They have all done a really great job! The app is easy to use for scheduling. Great styling and product recommendations too!
