I took my son in for a much needed haircut. He absolutely loved the results. Galiena was so kind and had a great chat with him during the haircut. He wants to go back to her for all of his future haircuts. Booking the appointment and check in was a breeze. As a parent, this is a major plus.
I left crying, my son’s hair turned out nothing like I thought it would. I hate writing a one star review but it’s more of a review to warn others. I showed an inspo picture and left with a half bald son. I came in for a curled hair style for a formal dinner that night. My stylist told me multiple times through the service that my hair was very thin and asked if I'd like to buy their hair regrowth treatment. I told her no very clearly and explain that I already had a hair treatment I was taking at home. We move from the shampoo station to her chair where she hands me a big box of their hair regrowth treatment and told me to look it over. I am embarrassed and want to leave at this point. Clark Rd in Sarasota FL I’ve been going to this new salon since they opened 7 months ago Observations: The staff is wonderful, big turn over though probably because they are terribly under paid. Management weak, gives an attitude. Salon would do better under different management.
My girlfriend and I scheduled an appointment for 2:45 pm. After waiting for 20 minutes past that, they were still taking other customers who came in later than us. We left after the second skip as we likely would have waited another 20 just to get in a chair. Would not recommend.
