I've been a Hair M customer for over 7 years, and I've always had a great experience with every single appointment. They make you feel welcome and appreciated right when you walk in the door. The barbers (especially Giselle) are great stylists, and the environment is very relaxed. All the services provided are perfect for the "spa day" experience... when you take advantage of them, you leave feeling like a new person. I highly recommend taking your barber shop adventure to the next level!
May I thank Chelsea ,whom I saw today, for a superb shampoo, cut and style. Chelsea was very kind and helpful and took time to cut and style my hair to perfection. DON’T GO HERE. I booked the most experienced Hair Cut stylist lady there and it was not a good experience. She cut and sliced my ear open and I was bleeding everywhere. I also paid $85 to get my ear cut and sliced. I would recommend going somewhere more professional. They are nice ladies but not well experienced.
Great place, awesome cut, but every time I schedule I get bumped and I’m done. Life happens but they offer no recovery when things go south. They book so far in advance there’s no circling back. When you wait 5-6 weeks to just get into the door and then on week six you get the reschedule text it sucks. Have that happen multiple times and it will have you seeking a new solution like I am.
