I had such a great time. With such a busy work / family life schedule, getting an hour to myself to do contrast therapy followed by an hour-long massage was just incredible. The massage was one of the best I've had, and the masseuse made the whole process relaxing, enjoyable and provided just the right amount of chat whilst giving me time to zen out and just enjoy silence. I would highly recommend Hana to anyone who needs a brief break from reality. Nick
As soon as you walk in the atmosphere is utterly amazing and so soothing! The contrast therapy has never made me feel so relaxed. I love that you can listen to your music or a meditation in the infrared sauna. All the facilities are impeccable. Love love love this place. Everyone has to have a HANA experience at least once!
Enjoyed my first ever contrast therapy session at Hana yesterday. Can not put into words just how good you feel after the 60minute session.
