I’ve been going to the infrared sauna at Hana as part of my recovery routine. Working in the fitness industry, I use it to help relax my nervous system, ease sore muscles and benefit from the healing properties of red light. What really makes Hana stand out is the beautiful ambience, the attention to detail, the cleanliness and the calm, welcoming nature of the staff 🙏🏼 One of the best boutique wellness spots in Auckland.

Enjoyed my first ever contrast therapy session at Hana yesterday. Can not put into words just how good you feel after the 60minute session.
