Invigorating! Took advantage of the new client concession for 5 contrast therapy sessions. Addictive. Offered water with electrolytes to drink throughout the session and there’s detox tea available to drink before and after. A great way to relax, detox, reducing muscle soreness and stiffness. I had such a great time. With such a busy work / family life schedule, getting an hour to myself to do contrast therapy followed by an hour-long massage was just incredible. The massage was one of the best I've had, and the masseuse made the whole process relaxing, enjoyable and provided just the right amount of chat whilst giving me time to zen out and just enjoy silence. I would highly recommend Hana to anyone who needs a brief break from reality. Nick
10/10 experience from the space to the massage therapist! I had Shai do my pregnancy massage and she was very thorough and made me feel super comfortable I highly recommend booking your pregnancy massage here! They also use quality products (pure mama) leaving your skin and belly feeling so soft and hydrated
Enjoyed my first ever contrast therapy session at Hana yesterday. Can not put into words just how good you feel after the 60minute session.
