A fav go-to. Always feel energised after an infra red sauna. Health benefits galore. Very friendly staff who make you feel welcome on every visit.
Absolutely beautiful place. I had the Contrast Therapy and it was a great experience. Will come back to see if I can do beat my cold plunge time!
I had the most incredible pregnancy massage and will definitely be booking again. From the moment I arrived, the space felt calm, safe, and so thoughtfully created for both me and my baby. As someone who is often anxious and overwhelmed, it’s rare for me to fully relax, but this experience truly allowed me to unwind and feel at ease. A huge shout-out to the masseuse for holding such a beautiful, nurturing space. Highly recommend.
Such a lovely experience. I've had a few pregnancy massages but Kate hit all the right spots with the perfect pressure and it is such a gorgeous and relaxing environment to come to. Helped me fully check out and enjoy it at 36 weeks!
Love Hana! Such an uplifting and beautiful space. Everyone has been so kind and welcoming. I look forward to every session. I'm reluctant to recommend bc I still want to be able to book. But I will gladly sing their praises esp when I see somewhere that is raising the bar in the wellness sphere. :) Well done ladies!
