A wonderful experience! The staff were amazing; they were friendly, informative, and helpful. The room was clean, and the lady talked to me about chromotherapy. Parnell is such a beautiful space and set up! I cannot wait to come back and 10/10 recommend it!
I had a gift card which I used for 30 mins infrared sauna session + a 30 mins deep tissue massage with Alison. The infrared sauna was relaxing, but the massage was the real highlight — pure perfection! I’d say Alison has one of the most magical hands I’ve ever experienced in a massage. The pressure was perfect, and she instinctively knew all the spots on my back that needed attention. 100% recommendations!
I had a fantastic experience at Hana Parnell. From the moment I came in, the entire ambience was so calm and inviting. Holly, who was checking me in, was so lovely and kind, she answered any questions I had and showed me the best way to get everything set up - so helpful!
Absolutely love this place! The saunas have really helped boost my energy levels, and I always leave feeling refreshed and recharged. The staff are helpful and friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, perfect for unwinding. I’ve also had an amazing massage here, and the information and customer service provided were top-notch. I’ll definitely be recommending Hana Parnell to others and can’t wait to come back! 😊
