I'm so glad I took advantage of the intro offer for the infrared saunas. HANA is wonderfully serene, I’m so easily able to completely relax. You can arrive empty-handed, as they provide cotton towels, immaculate shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and body wash. After your session, you leave feeling full of peace and rejuvenated. There's also a separate dry bar space where you can freshen up. Highly recommend!
Such a beautiful set up. I felt relaxed as soon as I walked in. The staff are lovely and the contrast therapy suites are amazing. My go to space for a bit of self care and rejuvenation.
I had a 90 min Pregnancy massage yesterday which far surpassed my expectations and was one of the best massages I’ve ever received. Shai’s energy was inviting and calm and made me feel instantly safe and able to rest into the experience. I let her know I typically go for myo facial release or deep tissue when not pregnant, so she used a consistently firm pressure with slow movements and intuitively focussed on the areas of tension she could feel in my body. Had the most amazing massage with Alison and repeated a week later. Not only was it relaxing, warm and peaceful. Alison worked my shoulders and released all the tension that I can now fully rotate my shoulders again. Highly recommend.
Always feel amazing after a sauna at Hana. The Parnell location has a great vibe and easy parking.
