We had an amazing experience with the team at Hana! The service was exceptional, and they truly made us feel relaxed. If you're looking to rejuvenate and refresh, this is the place to go. The staff is incredibly welcoming and professional, and I left feeling completely revitalized. Highly recommend their services!
I did the summer sweat challenge for detox purposes (10 infra red saunas in one month) and here is what I observed: At the beginning my body just wouldn't sweat, I was just getting red and hot Sauna after sauna I started to sweat more and more, faster and faster. Now I can sweat even when I do my regular exercise. My sense of smell has improved, my skin looks better, my sleep has improved. Plus arriving at Hana Parnell is always a pleasure: friendly staff, peaceful place, nice smell, always very clean and tidy.
Visited twice during our trip to Auckland, both visits were five star and beyond. Wonderful staff, gorgeous facility, and I loved the contrast therapy treatment with face mask and hair mask add ons. Wish I could bundle this place up and take it home with me.
Fantastic place to get away from the busyness of life. A haven in the city & so good for my health too! Excellent service, ambience & welcoming professional staff. Highly recommend for everyone 🤩
