Holly is a great masseuse, but unfortunately, that is the only positive I can say. I have had unauthorized charges, billing errors, and unauthorized appointment changes from this company. I've called and been hung up on or left on hold for unreasonably long. They sent me a text for an appointment I never made. I let them know it was an error and sent them my actual appointment confirmation, and they did not respond. Terrible experience! Do NOT book any service here unless you enjoy wasting your time. This business is beyond unprofessional. We booked a couples massage two weeks ago for February 14th. A week ago, they called to reschedule because they had rebooked the couples room. Trying to be understanding, we agreed to switch to single rooms just to make it work. I put my membership on hold 2/8/2025 signed and received the agreement but yet they continued to bill me for the next three months. When I went to cancel, I was told there was nothing they can do even though I have the signed documents stating the account should’ve been on hold Charged only at $10 a month, but they continue to bill me monthly and refused to reimburse the full amount charged to me. Forgot to post this couple weeks ago but....Massage by Judy was absolutely phenomenal! I got a "firm" Massage and I left feel 20 years younger! She is top notch...knows exactly what needs to be done with working muscles/tendons etc. I thought I had a injured both of my rotator cuffs but Judy called it.. she said, "no, your just very tight" and with Judy's magic (stretching/massaging) by end of session i had full range of motion in both shoulders.
