Membership is a good deal so I did join even though my first experience wasn't good. The massage therepist I got wouldn't let me tell her my issues, cut me off mid sentence. She said she would find what I needed and I should trust her. I made the mistake of letting her shut me down because a perfectly fine part of the therepy required her to hold my ankle and pull. This place is awful. Every time I go to this business for waxing, facials or massages they do a half-assed job. I went for both a facial and eye brow waxing. They never cleaned up my face and nose from blackheads, they messed up my eyebrows, one is thicker than the other one. I spoke to the manager, who apologized but did nothing. I had to go somewhere else to do it , will never go back to this play in my life. This place is not professional at all i do not recommend it
Ashley was great! She took the time to dig into my account and figure out a couple billing / account credit concerns I had.. big shout-out and kudos to Ashley for outstanding customer service, its employees like this that retain repeat customers!
My last visit was 2013 , sadly had to move from ocean county . Fast forward to 2024 I’m back on the shore and still amazing professional service from Hand Stone Toms River location. Had a classic facial by Sara ! Absolutely amazing. It’s day one after my facial my skin feels amazing . Stress free . I’ll definitely book another service . Hopefully once a month to destress and pamper myself.
I love the services! However , they really need to a hire a receptionist! One that actually answers the phones!! Every time I call, I will have to call several times and even then I cannot get a hold of someone. When I do get a hold of someone it’s a call center that disregards everything you say.
