This place is awful. Every time I go to this business for waxing, facials or massages they do a half-assed job. I went for both a facial and eye brow waxing. They never cleaned up my face and nose from blackheads, they messed up my eyebrows, one is thicker than the other one. I spoke to the manager, who apologized but did nothing. I had to go somewhere else to do it , will never go back to this play in my life. This place is not professional at all i do not recommend it
I make appointment and upgraded massage with hot stones. I came fill up paperwork and went for my massage, and my terapist start to do the massage, he put so much oil on me and never use hot stones. When I come to pay I did tell them about..they say it's not in scagale.. and after this massage I start having horrible pain in my left leg. But i don't want come back in this place.. they argued with me .. and it's really expensive for pat my body with oil...
I put my membership on hold 2/8/2025 signed and received the agreement but yet they continued to bill me for the next three months. When I went to cancel, I was told there was nothing they can do even though I have the signed documents stating the account should’ve been on hold Charged only at $10 a month, but they continue to bill me monthly and refused to reimburse the full amount charged to me. Ashley was great! She took the time to dig into my account and figure out a couple billing / account credit concerns I had.. big shout-out and kudos to Ashley for outstanding customer service, its employees like this that retain repeat customers!
Just had first massage here with Mallory, she was excellent. I left feeling so relaxed. I joined the membership. Can’t wait To go back for a facial.
