I have been going here for over a year now, so this is long overdue review. But Grace is the best!. Plenty of parking, The salon is gorgeous , the ambience is very relaxing with soft music. Her eyelash studio beds are very comfortable and lighting is just enough where it’s not too bright shining direct in your eyes. I love getting my lashes done with Lu! She is so sweet and detail oriented. It can be hard to find an experienced lash tech that specializes in Asian eyes, but Lu does a great job every time. The prices are very reasonable compared to other salons, and I tip between 20-25% (I believe industry standard is at least 15%). If you’re looking for a clean and professional studio with friendly staff, I highly recommend checking out Hour Lashes in Claremont.
23 days and 1 trip around the world later and my wispy volume lashes by Leona still look amazing! I’ve slept on planes, trains, and face smushed on the glass of automobiles and experienced all kinds of odd water pressure and temperatures from showers, hot tubs, and hot springs, but nothing will keep me from looking glam 24/7 thanks to Leona’s expert work! I received compliments from strangers on my lashes too! 10/10 will continue to recommend the amazing work by the stylists at this studio!
I’ve bee here twice. My first experience was great. I had never had false eyelashes before and I wanted it to look completely natural which they did I tried to get an appointment a few weeks later and they weren’t very responsive so I had to wait an additional week for an appointment My second experience wasn’t that great It’s supposed to be $65 for fill-in, the lash tech doesn’t speak English and said it was gonna be an additional $20 so I paid $85 but I’m unsure why because I didn’t understand her There are three or four r... read more
I had my lash done, took so long time to finish. The lady not much experience. The lash so heavy on my eyes alway bother my eyes all of time. And easy to fall off after that. When it fall I see it too many fake lashes stick in one real lash. ( see picture). Also too expensive for the quality.
