If you listen to a review— let it be this one. I’ve gotten my eyebrows threaded so many places and im not a Karen. I mean I’ve gotten them threaded Pensacola, Tallahassee, Miami, Orlando, Montgomery, Nashville, Franklin, Chicago, and this is literally the worst AND they charge the most. I got them threaded today for $15 (everywhere has charge below $10) and they barely did anything. Everywhere else my eyebrows look spotless. Light hands , fast - relaxing . Would be nice a bit more natural, no gloves, or mask while threading however very clean , hygienic conscious environment. Would be nice to hear indi or sound frequency music during experience suggesting- it’s professional, courteous , helpful, kind , friendly-

I was at work wanting to get my eyelash clusters done and I looked up eyebrow experts and they said they didn’t close till seven. I got off at six and I called and then they sent me an automated message saying if I wanted to make an appointment on December 24 at 6:15 PM. I said yes and they confirmed it. Kinda bummed! I went here based on all the great reviews and booked with a stylist that had a lot of praise in the reviews. I wish I'd stuck with going to Ulta. They made my eyebrows much thinner than they were. I'd mentioned that I felt they were uneven and wanted their help making them more even, but they made them even more uneven than when I arrived.
