I moved to the area 2.5 years ago. This is the first place I went to for eyebrow threading and I’m so happy I did. I will literally never go anywhere else for my brows. All technicians are good and provide great service. For about a year I would just walk in and have anyone thread my brows. Then, I went to Jay and she is literally the best. The staff were nice but my eyebrows are ruined. I went to get my eyebrows laminated and yikes. I should've said something there but I'm bad with confrontation. So I paid and left. The lamination made them look scraggly and awful on me. The tint looks very bad as well. I should've just did threading. edit: so I requested that she thread my eyebrows too to clean them up and she missed SO MUCH hair. I spent $100 for this. This is awful. No wonder why they have a sign saying no refunds.
Came here one and never went anywhere else. My favorite place to get my brows done honestly. Everyone working having amazing brows is my first green flag! Had my eyebrows done by multiple people and every-time they’re perfect. 100% recommended
Went in to get my eyebrows tinted. She talked me into doing the henna brow because she said it lasted a little longer. When she first told me to look in the mirror I was thinking in my head YOU CAN'T BE SERIOUS! One went over farther than the other and they were horribly shaped. I asked her to fix them and she attempted. I just didn't feel like arguing about it so I paid and left. However, they still did not look very good at all. Not even worth my $35. I have been getting eyebrows threaded here for the last 4 years, always been satisfied with how my eyebrows get done. I’m super picky getting my eyebrows threaded but I trust Jay with my them. She is also really good with recommending products for hair, I went through some medical issues and she recommended products that helped me grow back some hair.
