Kinda bummed! I went here based on all the great reviews and booked with a stylist that had a lot of praise in the reviews. I wish I'd stuck with going to Ulta. They made my eyebrows much thinner than they were. I'd mentioned that I felt they were uneven and wanted their help making them more even, but they made them even more uneven than when I arrived.

I got my eyebrows microbladed here, and they did such a good job!! I’ve gotten so many compliments on them, as they look outstanding and natural, and that's what I wanted. Wonderful job!!

This was my first visit. Jay cleaned up and shaped my very thin brows. I told her I had extremely sensitive skin and soft brows. She was very receptive to my concerns and was very gentle with her threading. She did a great job. I'll be requesting her specifically for all future visits.

The staff were nice but my eyebrows are ruined. I went to get my eyebrows laminated and yikes. I should've said something there but I'm bad with confrontation. So I paid and left. The lamination made them look scraggly and awful on me. The tint looks very bad as well. I should've just did threading. edit: so I requested that she thread my eyebrows too to clean them up and she missed SO MUCH hair. I spent $100 for this. This is awful. No wonder why they have a sign saying no refunds.

I was able to get in and get my eyebrows threaded with no problem. They make you check in first and it gives you an eta but when I went nobody was in the lobby. It took like maybe 10 minutes to get my eyebrows threaded and it was my first experience where the pain was very minimal.
