I did the cryo chamber and the red light therapy session on my first visit and it definitely did not disappoint! The place is very clean with great vibes, the staff is super nice and helpful, and they provide everything you could need for wellness and recovery! They even provide you with the shorts, sports bra, robe, socks, and slippers so you are completely prepared for your experience! I will definitely be back! There's more I'm excited to try!😁

I absolutely love going to iCRYO! The cryotherapy and red light therapy sessions have made a noticeable difference in my sports recovery and overall health. The inflammation I had in my knees is pretty much gone completely. Not only are the treatments top-notch, but the staff and team here are incredible! They’re knowledgeable, friendly, and always go above and beyond to ensure I have the best experience. If you're considering trying cryotherapy or red light therapy, iCRYO is the place to go.

I love the cryo sessions! It is soo invigorating. It releases endorphins and promotes healing through increased bloodflow. I have chronic pain and the combination of cryo therapy, sauna, red light therapy and healing iv's make such a difference go me. Michelle and the staff are very knowlegable and supportive. You need to try this!

Discovered this therapy through my chiropractor next door. I've been a member for a few months and I very much feel the difference after a red light therapy session and a 30 minute soak in the infrared sauna. The staff are amazing and they are friendly and knowledgeable about options. I've done a few IV drips and vitamin shots too. I highly recommend visiting.
