I love iCRYO for exercise recovery- it truly feels like a treat and the services have amazing benefits. Don't sleep on the red light bed, I feel it has really helped my skin on top of everything else it does. iCRYO is always sparking clean and everyone there is so kind and friendly!

These poor people had to decide to either call 911 or treat me. They decided to fix me with 2 bags of fluids to fix me. I know they were worried about me. But they fixed me with fluids at 10 am and I went back to work until 7 pm that night. I saw them the day later. They really know what they are doing and I love them. They saved my life and my day.
Very helpful team- took time to go explain services and how they work. Facilities extremely clean. Tried the infrared sauna & red light therapy bed. Eveything you need (clothing) is included.Definitely will be back!
I drive to this location from dallas at least once a week because it is so worth it. The staff here are incredibly helpful and nice. My 7 year old son comes with me and he loves them too! One of my favorite things to do is to go into the Cryo chamber. There are so many health benefits. They have different areas where you can watch movies while getting IV’s or compression messages, which is so relaxing. They also have snacks and blankets too ;) They’re always running promotions and deals, so go check them out!
