Best cryo and recovery option in Dallas with a great set of staff!
Great staff, they are very informative and will to answer any questions you have about the services offered. It’s in a great location with plenty of parking.
The facility is phenomenal and the staff are very informative about their services. If you’re an athlete or very active in fitness, please check out iCRYO! The recovery services they provide really does help your body, I’ve tried some of their services myself and noticed relief.
Loveee this place I am a lifestyle pass holder and go everyday with my husband and our recovery has been amazing! Would also definitely recommend any lady with endometriosis to try out cryotherapy it’s been life changing for me!

Everyone at icryo is super knowledgeable about ALL THINGS WELLNESS!!!! They have a remedy for everything. All their services help me sleep better and have changed my life. It’s so soothing to go inside for an hour and just relax. Cryo is freezing but then the hot sauna has Netflix while you warm up! The compression boots are great when I’m sore, and their red light bed has improved my skin tremendously. Couldnt recommend this place more!! And love love love all the staff!

This place is honestly my favorite place to be, the staff are amazing. The equipment and every single room is kept immaculate and has cute little touches to make it that much more aesthetically pleasing. Each staff member has their own personal fitness practice which is important to me because they are real testimonies for what they do at icryo.
