Justin Trevail got himself a bunch of first round draft choices when he hired Maria, Kate, Claire, and Mikayla. I hope I got your names right. They are witty, patient, funny, smart, and pretty. The Star Trek like quasi futuristic uniforms further their cause even more. I have been using cold therapy for over 20 years. Ice baths, frozen rivers, German women(kidding), and the Cryo chamber. His starting 4 always made me feel like Tony Stark for about 10 minutes at a clip. I am a shoe in for that place. Physically it does a body good. Mentally it kept me out of serious trouble. My body doesn’t methylate. That means I get into 6th gear while the other guys are still fumbling for their keys. Without counter measures I stay that way almost indefinitely. Being in a cold environment voluntarily forces mind to slow down, and it develops the will power much like pull-ups develop the kinetic pulling chain. What is even more special about ICryo Latham is how well the girls disarm the timid first timers. The are experts at building the confidence of the newbies so they take the plunge. It is one of the only places in upstate New York where I felt like I was truly welcome. I miss the place and the staff. You can only train so hard before it turns on you. Making ICryo part of one’s active recovery is something I strongly recommend for those young cats out there who want to take things to that next level.

Everything. Using the services At Icryo have helped immensely with my autoimmune disease. I virtually have no joint pain. I enjoy using the sauna and the compression. The place is spotless and the staff are extremely knowledgeable courteous and friendly. I highly recommend Icryo it has greatly improved my health. Kit Yezzi
