I absolutely love this place and really wish I had known about it sooner. All of the girls are great but Hailey is my favorite person and I’m glad that she is always there when I come in for my sessions. I hate running because it’s always been difficult for me but when I pair it with full body cryotherapy and compression therapy on my legs, I have never done better. Been able to run almost 5 miles in an hour and before, I hated running any longer than about 15 minutes.
As a offspring of two personal trainers, and a national strongwoman for a mother as well as being a fitness trainer since 2016, I take wellness and fitness goals seriously! Excellent staff. The Cryo Chamber was great. Left me feeling awesome. Compression therapy on my legs felt so good. Relieved a lot of pressure pain. It was a great experience.
