I absolutely love the Cryo chamber, has helped with inflammation, migraines, soreness, boost my mood, gives me energy, so many benefits. Red light therapy is also my go to, helps me relax, reduces pain, makes me feel good all over. Compression has helped so much with sore muscles after workouts, after 30 minutes I literally feel like a new person. This place has been amazing!! Everyone there has been kind, helpful and just a pleasure to be around. This is the place to go if you want to enhance your healthy lifestyle!! ❤️

This was my first intro to cryo and it was amazing! Matt gave us the full tour and I did three minutes in cryo chamber, the leg decompression, and 30 minutes in the sauna. My knee was inflamed before going in and was instantly improved! My back felt much better for a few hours, but I have back injury from the Army from 20 years ago.
