I never again will go to this franchise center nor support it. Appalled by the rudeness, lack of professionalism, and dishonest behavior.
Icryo itself is a nice place for services and the staff are friendly however the owner is very rude, unprofessional, and he only cares about making a profit.
RecommendedTaylor took the time to show me what I cryo had to offer. The setting was relaxing . Everything they have to offer is amazing they have something for everyone. I was amazed of the Pilates studio they had I. There as well. This was my second time doing full body cryo and this setup was so much better. They provide you a change of clothes needed for the cryo she provided me all the knowledge and step that would be happening in my experience.
