We were on our way to book a massage when we got distracted by iCRYO St. Johns. Out of curiosity, we went in to check it out and see what it was all about. After a tour, we found ourselves in shorts, gloves, and socks taking a 3 minute adventure into -150 degree temperatures! I was super hesitant but came out feeling AMAZING! My experience at ICRYO was the best.From the moment I walked in I felt like I was at home.The business owners are very welcoming.I tried the compression therapy,the whole body cryotherapy and the red light and I loved them all!! I felt amazing afterwards and I definitely be back!! If you want to focus on your health this is the place you should be!
Ok Wow! decided to stop in and see what this place was all about. The staff and Owners were so accommodating. We got to try the cryo room (Awesome) the Red light PMB (AMAZING) and the compression therapy (as I type this). We signed up and will be regulars! Totally worth the cost! which isn't bad at all.

Went yesterday, never would I have thought of getting into a cold chamber, and I’m so glad I tried the cryotherapy. I definitely felt the benefits. Excited to become one of the founding members. Looking forward to trying the other services.
