How wonderful is this place? From making the appointment on the phone, to being greeted at the door. The whole place is a very positive atmosphere. Avery was incredibly attentive and accommodating to any need. We went in almost around closing on a Sunday and they still went above and beyond which I know can be difficult to do. Thanks team!

I had an amazing experience with Christina at I-Cryo South Park yesterday! She was incredibly patient and took the time to thoroughly explain each step of the process, which made me feel comfortable and well-informed. Christina was attentive to my needs, ensuring that everything was tailored to me specifically. Her positive and encouraging attitude made the whole experience even better. I left feeling refreshed and confident. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for top-notch service!

the staff was amazing! I’m an athlete myself and it was so nice to have somewhere in charlottle that I feel like can help my recovery. I did cryo, red light and compression therapy and it was all very nice and they have so much to offer

This Place is great! The staff is very helpful and attentive, and the place is very clean. I love all of the services they offer and they even have affordable packages and Monthly memberships. If you’re into what I consider to be alternative healthcare that actually works, I highly recommend!

Offers many wellness options. The staff are great. Always pleasant and helpful. I've been a customer for nearly 2 years. My favorite treatments are the sauna followed by 3 minutes in the Cryo chamber.
