I came in yesterday after completing the Charlotte Half Marathon to do the Cryotherapy session & Compression boots for the 1st time. I got exactly what they told me I would get out of the session. I should’ve added these things to my running recovery a long time ago. I’ll definitely be back! Staff is very welcoming & made sure I was comfortable throughout my appointment. I recommend checking this place out.

I was very dehydrated after being sick. Because I was flying the next day I decided to get an IV. It made me feel so much better and I was able to go on my trip with no issues. I plan to go back again after my trip too!!! The facility was lovely and the staff were terrific. I definitely recommend this business.

ICRYO is my happy place! I have had a membership for over 2years. I mostly go to the Blakeney location and occasionally go to the South Park location if I want to use the hard shell HBOT or I’m in the area. I have incorporated their services as part of my self care routine. It has helped tremendously with post workout recovery and strengthened my immune system. I needed a vitamin boost, since my blood work came back with low levels. I called iCRYO and they were so helpful!! I had the best experience and everyone was very nice and knowledgeable. I felt amazing the days after and I would recommend their IV's and vitamin boost anytime! Thank you for the hospitality and care. Definitely going back.
