iCRYO is fabulous! There are so many options of wellness experiences to choose from and the staff is very friendly and helpful! I came in for compressions only and they were able to accommodate me to also fit in cryo right after at the last minute even though they were very busy! Super satisfied with my experience and excited to use the 5 pack of sessions I purchased :)

My overall experience was good. Friendly staff very clean atmosphere. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 is the time it took to find my veins. Both nurses were friendly but it took three sticks that were uncomfortable.
A+ experience at the Southpark location, highly recommend them. Avery is an expert at her craft and explains each service with the utmost of professionalism, all while maintaining a warm and caring personality. Rob is very accommodating, and willing to assist with any need that may arise. I look forward to going back often!
iCryo provided an absolutely amazing experience 10/10. I feel so relaxed to today although working in a high stress environment. I flew from Jersey to visit my good friend in Charlotte this weekend and on my last day, a few hours before I was due to fly home I tried out this place that’s she’s been raving about.
