I have to say I was very nervous going in. The staff was patient and informative. They did not attempt to push any of the services on me. I was so comfortable I purchased a day pass and enjoyed the entire experience. Just look at the reviews. I had a Total knee replacement 5 weeks ago. I walked out of this place pain-free. OMG AMAZING! We were in Arlington for a state swim meet and purchased a 10-session package at iCRYO so my two kids could use it over the four days we were there. Everything seemed fine at the time. A few weeks later, I noticed an additional $39 charge on my account. When I called to ask about it, the staff told me they charged us for an extra session because they claimed we used 11 instead of 10. Up until about 2 weeks ago I didn't even know a place like this existed! I am going through an exhausting amount of health conditions. Rheumatoid Arthritis, MS, Sjogrens Syndrome, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and low thyroid, low Vitamin C and low Vitamin D. It's a lot to deal with. It was extremely busy at the Infusion Bar. I had a wonderful experience at iCRYO! Jordan and Brinkley were very kind, professional and knowledgeable. (I also meet Maddie, everyone was great!) Brinkley did my consultation and facial, which was very relaxing and refreshing. Then Jordan showed me to a changing room and explained the Red Light therapy bed and what to do. My entire experience at iCRYO was excellent and i will definitely be coming again. Thank you for a great afternoon!
