We were in Arlington for a state swim meet and purchased a 10-session package at iCRYO so my two kids could use it over the four days we were there. Everything seemed fine at the time. A few weeks later, I noticed an additional $39 charge on my account. When I called to ask about it, the staff told me they charged us for an extra session because they claimed we used 11 instead of 10. I have to say I was very nervous going in. The staff was patient and informative. They did not attempt to push any of the services on me. I was so comfortable I purchased a day pass and enjoyed the entire experience. Just look at the reviews. I had a Total knee replacement 5 weeks ago. I walked out of this place pain-free. OMG AMAZING! Up until about 2 weeks ago I didn't even know a place like this existed! I am going through an exhausting amount of health conditions. Rheumatoid Arthritis, MS, Sjogrens Syndrome, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and low thyroid, low Vitamin C and low Vitamin D. It's a lot to deal with. It was extremely busy at the Infusion Bar. Love everything about this place! Place is hygienic, staffs are amazing and the owners are so sweet!! It’s far more than just cryotherapy, we love the extensive service this place offers and it’s close to home. We come here for cryo, IV drips and PBM. Can’t wait till they roll out the Ozone therapy next month, that’s holistic health on a whole other level!

Their friendly, caring and professional staff have been so helpful with my chronic challenges. This clinic has been instrumental in keeping me out of emergency care facilities, by helping me manage my flair ups. The environment is both beautiful and comfortable. I highly recommended them to all my friends and family.
