Great facility, awesome service selection and top-notch customer service. Heat and cold therapy are so good. At ICryo, you have private sessions with a trained professional guiding you along with clean towels, robes and everything you could need. Highly recommend!
I had the day pass which included the red light therapy, whole body cryotherapy, and compression therapy. My experience was excellent! The ladies that guided me through my experience were so thoughtful, helpful, and kind! I did experience a better nights sleep and I woke up feeling rejuvenated!
I love Marissa and crew at iCRYO Blakeney! Always friendly, super helpful, and wonderful to be around. I feel like a million bucks after each visit. You all hung the moon in the sky in my opinion! Keep it, great job as always!
I went in to try Cryotherapy for the first time. It was an amazing experience! They provide you with everything you need to go into the chamber (including a cute robe with their logo on it perfect for mirror selfies). It’s a quick 3.5 minute session and you get to pick a song to listen to while they freeze you! I loved it so much I decided to try the red light therapy that day.
