First time visiting and was open to the idea of all their services after getting a gift card for Christmas. The staff was great, helpful, and informative, and the place was very clean. As a very active individual I initially went in to check/confirm my body scan data but also with muscle tightness so I opted to do the infrared sauna and cryo chamber together. Gray provided 5 star service from start to finish! This location is also very well kept and clean. The entire staff that I met that day, Kendra, Jasmine and Gray all welcomed me upon arrival. Gray gave a great tour, and provided me with thorough knowledge of all of iCryo’s services. 5 stars for this location for sure! Highly recommended if you like outstanding service!
Grey was wonderful! She made certain I understood everything every step of the way for the Em-Sculpt. Kendra made certain a procedure I had 5+ yrs ago was safe for any procedures they were about to perform. Laurie did a great job with my infrared sauna and Cryo therapy! The staff is very attentive and cares for your wellbeing. I also appreciate the portal that outlines the seca results which hones in on your overall wellbeing.
This was my first visit and I will definitely return. The staff was very helpful and engaging, even allowing me to add on a wellness service at the last minute. I enjoy the variety of services offered as well- I can't wait to try them all!
Great facility, staff and services! They always greet me by name and are super attentive, knowledgeable and helpful. Very good to suggest packages and services to fit my needs. Highly recommend the iv drips and the compression therapy but there are a wide range of things I look forward to trying.
