Absolutely phenomenal experience. Loved it so much, I visited twice this week. I love the Cryotherapy - the music definitely helps! At three minutes I experienced a 29F drop. So I tried three and a half minutes today and experienced a 46F drop. Amazing difference thirty seconds made. I tried Red Light therapy - it was pleasant, but I guess I need to use it more often to feel the true benefits. I strongly urge people to think twice before doing business here. They signed my wife — who is recovering from cancer — up for recurring billing. When she decided to cancel the service, we were told it was taken care of. It wasn’t. They continued charging our credit card anyway. After we disputed the charges with the credit card company, the business agreed to issue a refund. That was several months ago. We still have not received the refund. I’ve been coming to iCRYO for a while now and it’s become my go-to spot for recovery and wellness. The staff here really knows their stuff and always makes each visit worthwhile. It’s great supporting a local business owned by someone who genuinely cares about helping people feel their best. The facility stays top-notch and they’re always adding new services. I joined ICryo at One Loudoun less than a month ago, and am loving the experience and effects so far. The place is super clean, and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. All of my questions were patiently answered by Easton the day I joined, and Sydney was absolutely wonderful administering my first IV service that re-hydrated me and broke a migraine cycle I was stuck in. iCRYO has been a great solution for my wife’s physical therapy and my needs. Chandler, who has been working at the Fairfax location and now Loudon location is the main reason we will continue to come here. Chandler is always very informative and kind to me and my wife.
