This location has an amazing owner, thoughtful management and efficient staff. Definitely a first class experience and top notch hospitality. Their attention to detail and knowledge of various modalities was comforting and reassuring as a former professional athlete who understands the value of recovery. I will definitely be back to this regenerative facility!

I enjoy coming to icryo, the nurse staff is amazing and the environment is great so relaxing. A few areas of improvement: they need locker room/ showers especially after you are drenched in sweat in a sauna. The prices are very high, though most iv therapy places are. The most popular service outside of the compression boots and the iv therapy is the red light therapy. There is only one machine so it’s harder to get scheduled. This was my first time visiting and I was quite impressed. The staff is very nice and gave an excellent, informative, and quick tour around the facility. My favourite part of the tour was getting the chance to be inside the cryotherapy chamber for the first time as well. It was thrilling to be exposed to a freezing environment. Before you enter the chamber, you can pick any music that you would like to play which I believe is a great way to enhance your focus when performing this therapy. Love this as part of my fitness recovery program and health wellness. Opted for the monthly program (vs pay as you go) because I use it so much. The app is perfect to schedule appointments quickly. Staff is very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I almost would work here for fun as I’m so passionate about health. Thanks for being in my neighborhood of One Loudoun.
