I had a fantastic experience at iCRYO One Loudoun. The staff was extremely professional, welcoming, and made sure to explain everything clearly. I felt completely at ease throughout the process. I've always had a great experience at this facility. It's clean, and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. My daughter and I used to go regularly but had to cut back due to scheduling. I just had a trial of the EMS muscle toning procedure, and I love it so much that I just purchased a package. Definitely try them out!
We came here for a work outing and we had the best time. Sam was amazing and was with us the entire time! Everyone made sure we were comfortable and really took their time to make sure we had a great experience. We will definitely be back!
My wife, sister and I visited this past weekend to try out cryotherapy and had a wonderful time. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, the space was very clean and tidy, and the sign up process took about 5 minutes. I like warmer weather over cold so trying cryotherapy was a bit of a mental leap for me but I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. This location has an amazing owner, thoughtful management and efficient staff. Definitely a first class experience and top notch hospitality. Their attention to detail and knowledge of various modalities was comforting and reassuring as a former professional athlete who understands the value of recovery.
