The staff is very friendly and the facility is immaculate in a very nice location. First impression was very good and I will definitely join! I just wish some of the treatment areas were a little bit more private, especially when you’re partly clothed. Also, perhaps add a second Red Light Therapy bed to help with availability and waiting time as this seems to be a popular service. Lastly, I wish the Lifestyle Passes were a little bit more affordable so I can fit it into my long-term monthly budget.

I love going to iCRYO for my health and wellness needs. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the facility is beautiful and very clean. My favorite service is Red Light Therapy. I started 3 weeks ago and I am starting to see and feel the benefits from the therapy. My only wish is that the TheraLight 360 bed had the end caps for the head and feet for a true immersive “360” photobiomodulation therapy. The staff was amazing. The health equipment and the various options for sports recovery or off the chart. I'm a 60-year-old athlete who works out 5 to 6 days a week and thinking about signing up for long-term program. Part of my decision has definitely has to do with the staff.

I had a fantastic experience at iCRYO One Loudoun. The staff was extremely professional, welcoming, and made sure to explain everything clearly. I felt completely at ease throughout the process. The cryotherapy session left me feeling energized and refreshed, and I really enjoyed the compression therapy as well. I've always had a great experience at this facility. It's clean, and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. My daughter and I used to go regularly but had to cut back due to scheduling. I just had a trial of the EMS muscle toning procedure, and I love it so much that I just purchased a package. Definitely try them out!
