OMG. This was my first time trying it because I got a random text saying I get 30 percent off. Whoever is sending the text messages made me go because I wanted them to stop bugging me. But OMG. Don't bother with this place. Terrible service from the staff. They are never consistent with the information that I was given. And the cancellation policy is completely useless. Do NOT let them pause your account. That is a trick to keep you from cancelling as they did me. You need to go in and sign to release yourself from there automated debits. I started using IV infusions with iCRYO shortly after contracting Covid. My naturopath suggested NAD treatment to help the Covid symptoms. Shortly thereafter, I had many stressful changes in life and added other services, all of which to support me during a very stressful time. Not only did iCryo offer their paid services, but they also offered support and kindness on a regular basis. Jennifer Heiser, Natalia and DeeDee were amazing. I am so thankful for all of the support. Mentally and physically!
I almost can’t believe it but….. I did it ! I was desperate because the last 3 days I have been laying in bed in pain due to my back. Still just a couple of months post op after 2 surgeries including a lumbar fusion. I still have restrictions so I guess I overdid it earlier this week while cleaning ….. and I was paying the price. I had weaned myself down on most of my pain meds and was only taking them intermittently as needed but the last few days —- had to take them multiple times a day. Very frustrated!
