I cannot express my joy in finding this place enough. It’s been life changing. Not only is the facility beautiful and the services are exceptional, the staff is absolutely amazing. Amma is so much fun and is always checking in to make sure you’re comfortable and taken care of. I get my IVs with Kate and she always makes me feel at ease and does a fantastic job. Such a friendly staff, I first went to check out the Sauna but they let me try the cruise chamber and I was hooked! I love adding all of their recovery services to my training program! They took the time to explain each offering and the benefits and I’ve loved them all
Such a great time here. Rachel is the best, so kind so welcoming and sweet. If you’re a gym person this place is like an all inclusive spa to decompress. Love it!!
Such a great way to recharge!!! The staff are amazing. The facility is super clean, relaxing and inviting! I did the compression, cryo chamber, red light bed and sauna. I love that you can go in for a quick service if you are short on time or you can make an afternoon of it. I’ll definitely be back.
Had such an amazing experience at ICRYO yesterday with my mom! It was both of our first time and everyone was so friendly and nice! Morgan walked us through the entire process and helped us pick out exactly what we needed to feel our best! We both slept the best we have in years last night and after working all day today I still feel great! Recommending this to everyone I know!!
