I absolutely love this place. I came here once, and I’ve been back every day since. I start my day with sauna, freeze, and compression, and I leave with a feeling of relaxed, focused energy. The staff is friendly and helpful…I can’t say enough good things about this place. 10/10
Had a great time at iCryo in Branford today. Dani was super helpful and nice, especially appreciated since we are brand new to this sort of thing. Cool atmosphere and everything was very clean. Between two of us, we tried red light therapy, infrared sauna, seca body comp analysis, cryo, and compression therapy. Liked it all, but the sauna and cryo were tops as far as experience goes. The staff was friendly and helpful. This was my first time visiting Icryo and did the sauna with red light therapy then the cryo. My entire body felt more relaxed and my mind was clearer after my treatment.
Nicest people ever. Finally got the sauna hit. Needs about 15 mins to get hot. Crypto was invigorating and the compression therapy felt great. But nice people wins me over every time.
