I’ve been coming to iCRYO for a few months now utilizing all of their services. I can’t say enough positive things about the benefits of the various therapies and the staff. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming. Special shout out to nurse Courtney. Shes never misguided me in her suggestions and has well rounded knowledge, along with great bed side manner! Would definitely recommend this place for overall wellness
The staff was super friendly and informative and made the whole experience really enjoyable. I like their tank much better than what I’ve tried previously — Rather than a tank with your head popping out, it’s a little room that you enter in completely and they provide you with headphones to listen to music of your, which helps distract you and makes the time move fast. Just returned to Icryo after a year and I can’t say enough positive about it! All staff was extremely helpful. As always I loved the lifestyle services but with the Secca ap and extended use of services I will be visiting frequently,WITH friends

I have to say the staffs here are nice. But the merchant is absolutely imposter scam. I have filed the complaint on website of CT government and have re-disputed the transaction. If needed, I will file the small claim court later for the refund and compensation. Be careful of what you are purchasing. Never and Ever buy any packages if you are not sure what you gonna get.
