Just returned to Icryo after a year and I can’t say enough positive about it! All staff was extremely helpful. As always I loved the lifestyle services but with the Secca ap and extended use of services I will be visiting frequently,WITH friends

I went yesterday for the first time. Everyone was so warm welcoming and knowledgable!!! I did the red light therapy, cyro cold therapy and compression. I really enjoyed all three. I did a month pass, and look forward to trying the light therapy sauna this week!!! I highly recommend giving ICryo a try!!!
