Exceptional customer service from the moment the telephone was answered by someone with a pulse! My appointment booked and numerous questions patiently addressed. Vickie is excellent at her profession. Phenomenal facial. Comforting touch, provides excellent communication throughout the facial, aesthetics are amazing. I met Brittany at the checkout who also provided excellent customer service and shared her expertise. I could not find one thing negative about my experience. I look forward to my next visit.
I had a great experience at iCRYO - Chandler! Sydney greeted me when I walked in and she gave me a tour of the place. I love the cleanliness and the aesthetics! I had enough time to try our compression therapy for my legs and the cryo chamber for my whole body. My calves and thighs get sore often so the leg compression was a game changer for recovery. My personal experience in iCRYO was very nice. I did Cryo and compression, and I can admit I came out feeling a lot better than I did coming in. Also the workers were very nice and were very professional. But for anyone who needs physical therapy, you should definitely give iCRYO a try.
I have been going here for about a year now. Staff is always friendly regardless of how busy. The location is always well kept and organized. They offer self care treatments that I would have never considered before but have all been beneficial. I recommend this location and to try their services.
The team is warm, well-informed, and genuinely engaging. Their gear is first‑rate and meticulously maintained. The whole experience felt like indulging in an upscale spa retreat.
