As much as I hate the cold, I never thought I would love cryotherapy. It is amazing! This place is clean, everyone is helpful and I love the feeling once I leave. I sit in the infrared sauna, red light therapy and compression. It aids in my recovery from working out and elevates my mood!
This is Amber, and I just had the BEST experience here. My family was hit with a stomach bug over the weekend and it made me weak and lethargic. Stephanie is an RN and is so knowledgeable!!! She listened to me and knew exactly what Iv treatment I needed to make me feel more hydrated and back to normal. The entire staff is very kind and helpful. 100% recommend!!
