Love the services offered and the staff is always super friendly and welcoming. I’ve done the cryo chamber, the IR sauna and the red light therapy. It’s helped ensure I incorporate recovery as part of my overall wellness regimen and I definitely feel a difference in recovering and my ability to continue with tough workouts and managing the stress I put on my body.

I love iCryo at Foothill. The staff is so chill and they are so friendly, I always look forward to seeing them and catching up! They make you feel like a regular, immediately on your first visit. They also have so many different offerings/treatments. The cryo chamber is my fave. And the infrared sauna. I have seen some pretty incredible ways of my body purging toxins afterwards so I’m pretty convinced of the power of both of them.

I recently visited iCRYO's foothill location and took a tour with Allie. The space was spacious, welcoming, and specifically designed to help reset my body. Having undergone surgery a few months ago, I booked a red light therapy session and used compression boots, both of which have greatly supported my recovery. I highly recommend iCRYO for anyone seeking to prioritize their wellness or seeking a holistic approach to recovery.

I have been going here for about a year now with excellent results. They offer a plethora of services including a staff that is friendly, skilled and super attentive. Each service was amazing! There guidance and support have helped me reach my personal goals. Highly recommended!

Everyone is super nice and make it fun to stop by. My favorite activity is cryo which leaves me feeling super energized and I’ve noticed I’m sleeping better. I also love the IVs ahead of a trip or big weekend. Highly recommend trying them out!
