I’ve been going here for about eight months for weight loss. The nurses are top notch and have been wildly helpful. However, the disorganization has been tolerable at most. This week has been completely unacceptable. They cancelled weight loss for a system upgrade without any plan for customer service. When I asked what the plan is for clients I was told they would get in touch with the owner and call back - they did not. They sent out a text 24 hours later and said it would be a few days. iCRYO is the best! The nurses are amazing. Shout out to Whitney and Bryden. I get Ozone IV’s and it helps me alot with my Lyme disease. Cryo, Sauna and Red Light are my other favorites! I highly recommend this place.
Absolutely incredible. The whole staff was amazing and so patient. I had so many questions and they helped me figure out what the best treatment plan would be for me. Everyone was professional but also made me feel very comfortable trying new things. I had the opportunity to do a full walk-through of the iCRYO facility on Foothill, and I left genuinely impressed. The staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain each service in detail without ever making it feel like a sales pitch. Update: icryo is a stand-up company, and I'm happy their services are available. They have been really good about addressing my concerns. Today, when I went in, they apologized to me and took very good care of me. They had obviously addressed the staff and issues and provided a great experience. This kind of customer service is rarely seen these days. I'm looking forward to continuing my treatment here.
