Came in today to ask questions of their services as I recently had a mommy makeover and wanted information of their skin tightening services. I stopped by as take classes next door at club Pilates, to have left with none to little information. I was pretty much pushed out the door and asked to please call for information and left me with so many questions. They lost my business as I will not be returning. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This place is absolutely amazing! It’s spotless, modern, and has such a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is exceptionally friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I recently came in for red light therapy and IV therapy, and RN Jessica was the one who performed my IV, she was fantastic! I've been going to iCryo Plantation for over a year now and the staff is always welcoming, the facility is modern and clean. I've tried everything they offer - cryo, red light bed, sauna, compression, IVs and love that I can mix and match services based on what I feel like doing. Highly recommend iCryo if you're looking to level up your wellness routine.
BEWARE! they don’t tell you when purchasing but you cannot redeem packages at any location, only theirs. Purchased packages & lost about $250-300 worth once being told they could not be redeemed at any location. Also, every time I went in the staff really had no clue on the services they are offering, unable to offer a list of benefits without doing a google search on their phone. I would recommend checking out Restore for a better experience.
I came to ICRYO courtesy of my cool Principal Mr. Griffin for staff appreciation and I loved the experience. I would have never in a million years thought of such a place to go to so I'm glad I got to try it out. Who knows I may come again.
